I haven’t really moved my stuff over to this blog so far because I was looking at some of my entries and they aren’t really that good to begin with. I think part of my retinence towards being an academic blogger comes from my prior experience at being a social blogger rather than writing about my theoretical work. I do that sometimes in my regular blogs but the audience of my private ‘everyday’ blog is much more … controlled? - that’s not the right word, but the audience is much easier to imagine… I think it is made up of people whom I know personally or whom I have been “internet friends” with for some time; enough time to judge if they are receptive to my everyday narrative, I suppose.
